    Enterprise 4.0 Digital Vouchers: what's best to invest in and how to get the Forgotten Funding

    With the implementation of the NRP, the government has been engaged for years now in actions to support the growth of competitiveness of our enterprises through the adoption of the latest digital technologies.

    For SMEs, in particular, the Chamber of Commerce System was chosen to implement the program of non-repayable financing of business digitization initiatives, the so-called Enterprise 4.0 Digital Voucher Program.

    The Impresa 4.0 Digital Voucher Announcement - Year 2022 provides non-repayable grants for consulting, training, and the purchase of goods and instrumental services aimed at the introduction of technologies in Impresa 4.0.

    The Program provides a non-repayable grant that varies both in absolute amount and as a percentage of total expenditure, depending on the funds allocated to the individual Chamber of Commerce.

    This contribution is generally 70 percent of the total investment and with an average-maximum recognized amount ranging from about €5,000 to €10,000.

    With such amounts, an SME is able to equip itself with an advanced and customized Digital Automation Solution, which can bring enormous benefits in terms of both internal process efficiency and business effectiveness.

    Eligible expenses are of two types:

     a) Purchase of instrumental goods and services., including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;, including devices and connection expenses, functional for the acquisition of the planned technologies;

    (b) Consulting and/or training services related to one or more of the technologies included in the Call for Proposals.

    In accessing these benefits it is necessary to take into account the requirements imposed by the Call for Proposals (admittedly very few, including being in good standing with the payment of the Annual Fee to the Chamber of Commerce) . In particular, the technologies financed must be among those listed in List 1 of the Call for Proposals, and the Solution must be provided by an Enabled Supplier, i.e., one with the Requirements indicated within the Call for Proposals itself.

    To make the most of these opportunities, it is essential to take into account two factors.

    The first is the choice of the type of "Intervention." Using digitization incentives for interventions with little strategic pervasiveness (such as adopting Stand Alone Management or just modernizing the e-Commerce Site), are a short-term choice and certainly not capable of radically changing the company's competitiveness.

    Far better to try to take advantage of this opportunity to equip the company with a true Business Operating System, capable of bringing true digital innovation and efficiency, both active and passive cycle side.

    The second is the tim eliness in the preparation of Applications for Admission compared to the timing of the submission of Applications. In fact, the publication of the Calls for Applications is left to the decisions of the individual Chamber of Commerce, and this is usually done without or with little notice. This implies that, in order to have the opportunity to obtain funding, it is necessary both to prepare a Project in advance of publication and to constantly monitor the website of one's Chamber of Commerce in order to be able to submit the application in time (funds are in fact running out).

    Nextdeal, as a qualified supplier as it has the necessary requirements, in order to support its clients provides a free service of monitoring the CCIAAs to verify the publication of the aforementioned notices as well as a planning service - not binding with respect to the choice of the supplier (which in any case must have the aforementioned requirements, in case one then decides to submit the project) - necessary to arrive at the appointment with the publication of the Notice with all the documentation ready.
