Cogeda Sistemi provides IT Services for Enterprises and Public Administrations, in two Business Areas: hardware supply and maintenance (Servers, PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers, multifunction, etc.) and IT Services (networks, cybersecurity, IT compliance, etc.).

Cogeda Sistemi's Business Model is developed through rental/service contracts involving, particularly in the Hardware area, thousands of items in the catalog and corresponding serial stock, distributed--for each customer--over dozens of different locations.

Each piece of equipment is also subject to different phases along its life cycle, which require tracking.

All Rental Processes, Recurring Billing, Handling, Help Desk and Tracking of all Events in the Useful Life of each Equipment, have been automated and integrated through development of a Custom Application built with Zoho Creator and its integration with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Billing and Zoho Desk. Creator has a dual function: as a "Concentrator," it collects Data from Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory and as a "Coordinator" it triggers Warehouse Operations in Zoho Inventory, Installation Scheduling in Zoho Desk and Rental Management in Zoho Billing.

Any activity performed on the individual Serial-whether Commercial, Warehouse, or Service-is also tracked by the specific Zoho Application involved and transferred to a Product Life Tracking Sheet in CRM.
